Close deals knowing what every buyer told your team
Ditto connects to any app your sales team uses and keeps one memory of every deal. The AI assistants your team already uses work from that memory, and changes wait for your approval by default.
"Budget review is done. Can you resend the two-year price? Our CFO wants to sign this week."
What two-year price did we agree with Brightwater?

The deal desk approved 10% off for a two-year term on 8 Sep, and proposal v2 has that price. The CRM deal record still shows a one-year term.

Where sales teams lose time and customer data privacy
What your team knows about each deal is spread across people and apps, so reps lose time to data entry and chasing context before every call. An AI assistant for sales needs to reach every app the sales team uses.
Promises never reach the CRM
What a rep agreed on a call or in chat rarely lands in the deal record.
Deals stall when a rep leaves
What a buyer told one rep stays in that rep's inbox and head.
Call prep starts from scratch
Before each call, reps do manual research in old emails for what the buyer asked.
Customer details end up in personal AI accounts
Reps paste buyer emails and deal notes into ChatGPT or Claude, outside anything the team controls.
What is an AI OS for sales?
An AI OS for sales is an AI operating system with three layers. Your sales team's apps sit underneath and one memory of the sales team sits in the middle. The AI assistants and AI agents your team uses sit on top. It is the software that joins them into one platform for the sales team. Ditto reads every app you connect and keeps one memory of every deal and customer. Anything Ditto wants to change waits for your approval by default. Ditto is a central brain set up for a sales team.
You choose which models see your sales team's data and what Ditto may change.
Where your sales team's data goes
Private inference in the Ditto appModels inside the Ditto app run through encrypted, private inference, so your data is not handed to the big AI companies.
Zero-data-retention modelsChoose models whose provider keeps no copy.
Temporary chatsStart a chat that is not saved to memory.
Not used to train AI modelsWhat Ditto remembers about your customers is not used to train AI models.
What Ditto can do
Read-only by defaultDitto starts read-only in every app and account you connect. Disconnect an app and Ditto stops reading it.
You approve changes by defaultAnything Ditto wants to write waits for a person to review it first. Human review is there for safety and quality. You can let routine actions run on their own.
Open any memorySee any memory Ditto keeps. Edit or delete any memory. Export your memory at any time.
Team memory stays when someone leavesWhat the team shares with Ditto stays in team memory after a rep moves on. Direct messages with Ditto stay in personal memory.
Each role hands Ditto the work around the deal at its stage of the sales process. Ditto prepares it from the sales team's memory, and by default a person approves it before anything changes. Each tab shows the outcome for that role.
Sales managers
Before the pipeline review, sales managers ask Ditto what changed this week and which deals still have an open promise. Ditto answers from the apps you connect and shows the source for each point. If you want the summary posted to Slack or Teams, the post waits for approval.
Pipeline reviews start from what buyers said.
Account executives
Before meetings with a buyer, ask what the buyer asked for last time and what the team promised the decision makers. After the call, Ditto drafts the follow-up email and the CRM update, and both wait for your approval.
Each follow-up is drafted from what the buyer was told.
Sales development reps
Before outreach, a sales development representative can research prospects by asking Ditto what the account already told your team. Ditto drafts personalized outreach from that history, and it waits for approval.
First messages start from what the team already knows about the account.
Sales operations
For sales and revenue operations, CRM records fall behind what reps and buyers agree in email and chat. Ask Ditto whether a deal record matches the conversation. It shows where they differ and names the sources. Then it drafts the correction for approval.
Deal records catch up with what buyers and reps agreed.
Account managers
When an account moves to a new owner after the sale, or a rep leaves, the new owner asks Ditto what the customer was promised. What the team shared with Ditto stays in team memory, and each answer names its data sources.
New owners start from what the customer was told.
How Ditto works in a sales team
AI for sales with Ditto starts read-only. You decide what it may change.
1
Connect your sales team's apps
Sign in to any app your sales team uses. Ditto starts read-only in each one.
2
Ditto builds one memory
It keeps what each connected app holds about every deal and customer in one memory, and keeps it current.
3
Ask, then approve
Ask in the Ditto app or in ChatGPT or Claude. Ditto answers with sources and, by default, waits for your approval before it changes anything.
Across the sales stack, teams use AI for CRM and general AI assistants for parts of this work. Ditto gives them one memory of the sales team to work from.
AI inside your CRM
Salesforce and HubSpot add AI agents to their own CRMs. Agentforce for Sales updates pipeline fields, with an option to review and approve each update, and HubSpot's Agent Hub runs AI agents built on your CRM data.
ChatGPT and Claude
General AI assistants keep memory per person or per project, apart from the other apps your sales team uses.
Ditto
One memory shared by those assistants and every app your sales team uses, including the CRM. It prepares the team's work and waits for your approval by default. Models in the Ditto app run on private inference, and what Ditto remembers is not used to train AI models.
Connect Ditto with over 1,400 apps
Connect any app your sales team works in and it joins the sales team's memory. Examples include Gmail and Slack. Don't see your app? Ditto connects to any app through native connectors and MCP.
AI assistants for sales are AI tools that help a sales team answer questions about each deal and do the work around it. Call prep and follow-up emails are common examples. A sales AI assistant that works through Ditto draws on one memory of every deal and customer. Each change it wants to make waits for your approval by default.
What does an AI operating system do in a sales team?
An AI OS for sales keeps one memory of the sales team under the apps and AI assistants your reps already use. For example, when a buyer asks for the two-year price, Ditto finds what the deal desk approved and answers with its sources. It then drafts the reply and the CRM fix for a person to approve.
Is an AI OS safe to use with customer data?
Ditto starts read-only and only reads the apps you connect. By default, a person reviews each change before it happens, and what Ditto remembers is not used to train AI models. You can choose zero-data-retention models and use temporary chats that are not saved. Each client or project can also have its own separate memory.
Is AI replacing sales reps?
No. Relationship building stays with your reps. Ditto takes on repetitive sales tasks so reps spend their time with buyers and on closing deals. Call prep and follow-up drafts are typical examples. Ditto prepares the work around the conversation from the sales team's memory. By default, reps approve what Ditto drafts before anything changes in a connected app.
Why do AI assistants forget what our sales team told them?
AI assistants work from what fits in their context windows: the recent turns of the conversation history and what you paste in. ChatGPT and Claude keep memory per person or per project, apart from your team's other apps. Ditto keeps one memory of the sales team, a knowledge base every AI tool you connect draws on.
How does Ditto's memory work?
Ditto saves what it learns as memories and organises them into a knowledge graph of subjects. A buyer or a deal is a typical subject. When someone asks a question, Ditto finds the relevant memories by semantic similarity in its vector database and ranks them. The best matches go into the model's context window, after the system prompt.
Can we choose which tasks run without approval?
Yes. By default, every change Ditto wants to make in a connected app waits for a person on your sales team to approve it. You choose which routine actions can run on their own, and everything else stays in the approval queue.
Can I use ChatGPT or Claude with Ditto in my sales team?
Yes. Connect ChatGPT or Claude to Ditto over MCP. Inside them, Ditto recalls the sales team's memory and saves what it learns, so each chat starts from what your team already knows about the deal. In the Ditto app you can also use every major foundation model.
Which AI models does Ditto use?
Ditto doesn't train its own foundation models. In the Ditto app you choose from foundation models such as GPT and Claude. Gemini and Grok are there too, or you can bring your own model key on Pro and Team. What Ditto remembers about your customers is not used to train AI models.
Which apps does Ditto connect to?
Any app. Ditto has native connectors for common apps and connects to the rest over MCP. Start with your email and team chat. Gmail and Slack are common starting points, for example. Then add your calendar and your call recordings.
Does Ditto connect to our CRM?
Your CRM stays the sales team's record system, and Ditto works alongside it. Ditto connects to any app through native connectors and MCP, including MCP servers your sales team approves. Ask about a deal and Ditto answers from the CRM and the conversations around it. Talk to us about your setup.
What can AI be used for in sales?
AI for sales covers the work around each deal. Call prep and follow-up drafts are common uses. With Ditto, that work starts from one memory of what buyers told your team, and by default each draft waits for a person to approve it. When AI for sales teams runs on one shared memory, every rep draws on one deal history.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Ditto does not use your customers' details to train AI models. Your team can edit or delete any memory. You can also export your memory at any time. Choose zero-data-retention models if you want the model provider to keep no copy either.
What does Ditto cost?
Ditto offers Pro and Enterprise plans for sales teams. Enterprise is a custom build, planned with your team. Memory uses credits and funded storage, with no monthly read or write count quotas. See Ditto pricing for the current plans and what each one includes for your sales team.
