Storage beyond your included allowance costs $0.02 of credits per decimal GB-month. Funded storage overage requires consent. Other capacity limits still apply.
How the $5 Flex deposit works: the payment-fee reserve is disclosed before you pay. Only the net amount becomes credits after settlement. Free or earned credits alone do not enable paid chat connections.

Free starts with 1B usage credits, with opportunities to earn up to 4B. No card is needed. It includes 1 GB of storage, one space, five saved workflows and one active workflow. Paid chat connections such as Slack and Telegram are excluded.
How does Flex work with Free?
Flex is an optional pay-as-you-go extension of your free start, with no subscription or recurring base fee. Add a $5 initial prepaid deposit when you need more usage. The payment-fee reserve is disclosed before payment; only the net amount becomes credits after settlement. Paid chat connections, Ditto Review and remote control unlock once the deposit settles. Further manual credit purchases have a $25 minimum, and auto-top-up is a separate opt-in.

How do Pro seats and org usage work?
Four included purchased licenses share the base 60B monthly allowance. Each additional licensed seat costs $25/month and adds 10B credits ($10 of monthly usage) to the owner's pool. Seats are licenses, not monthly-active members. Personal and org usage share owner funding; org and member spend controls bound that use. Assigning or replacing a member does not create fresh credits.
What happens if I need more storage?
Storage beyond the included allowance costs $0.02 of credits per decimal GB-month, paid from the same balance with consent and available funding. A decimal GB is 1,000,000,000 bytes. Extra storage does not increase your plan's other capacities. Storage and hosting availability remain subject to rollout and admission checks.
Can free credits enable Slack or Telegram?
No. Free and earned credits alone do not enable paid chat connections. Flex requires its initial deposit to settle; Plus and Pro include eligibility for paid chat connections. Usage still consumes credits.
Do workflow runs have a separate allowance?
No. Saved and active workflows have separate capacity limits, and running a workflow consumes normal usage credits. Free and Flex include five saved and one active; Plus ten saved and five active; Pro one hundred saved and twenty-five active.
What happens to my existing subscription?
Previously issued quotes, receipts, balances, subscriptions and grandfathered Business contracts are preserved. Moving to a new plan is voluntary. Review the before-and-after terms in your account before changing plans.
