Run your property from one memory every shift can use
Ditto connects to any app your property uses and keeps one memory of guests and how the property runs. The AI assistants your team uses work from it, and every change waits for your approval.

He emailed on 7 Sep that the elevator kept him awake in room 214, and Luis promised him a room away from the elevator in the front desk chat. The arrivals list still has him in room 216, next to the elevator.

Where hospitality properties lose time and guest privacy
In hotels, what the property knows is spread across people and apps, so service delivery depends on who is on shift and details get lost. An AI assistant for hospitality needs to reach every app the property uses.
Promises get lost between shifts
A request a guest agreed with one shift never reaches the team on the next.
Event changes stay in email
A planner changes the numbers by email, and the event calendar keeps the old ones.
Know-how leaves with managers
What a long-serving manager knew about regulars and suppliers goes when they leave.
Guest details end up in personal AI accounts
Guest emails get pasted into ChatGPT or Claude to draft replies, outside anything the property controls.
What is an AI OS for hospitality?
An AI OS for hospitality is an AI operating system with three layers. Your property's apps sit underneath with one memory above them. The AI assistants and AI agents your team uses sit on top. It joins them into one platform for the property. Ditto covers the team's hotel operations and works alongside the hospitality AI your guests talk to, such as a guest messaging tool. Anything Ditto wants to change waits for your approval by default. Ditto is a central brain set up for a property, and the operating system your hotel's AI assistants share.
You choose which models see your property's data and what Ditto may change. Control stays with your property.
Where your property's data goes
Private inference in the Ditto appModels you use inside the Ditto app run through encrypted, private inference. Your property's data is not handed to the big AI companies.
Zero-data-retention modelsPick models whose provider keeps no copy of what you send.
Temporary chatsOpen a chat that is never saved to memory, for a one-off question.
Not used to train AI modelsWhat Ditto remembers about your guests and your property is not used to train AI models.
What Ditto can do
Read-only by defaultDitto starts by reading only the apps and accounts you connect. Disconnect an app and Ditto stops reading it.
You approve every changeAnything Ditto wants to write waits for a person to review it for safety and quality. You can let routine actions run on their own.
Team memory stays when someone leavesWhen a manager or a front desk lead moves on, what they shared with the team through Ditto stays in the team's memory.
Open any memoryEvery memory shows its source. You can edit or delete it. Export your memory whenever you want.
Ditto's memory harness and integrations are open source.
AI assistants for every team in your property
Each team at the hotel hands Ditto the work around guests and the property. Ditto prepares it from the property's memory, and by default a person approves it before anything changes. Each tab shows the outcome for that team.
General manager
Ask what changed in the hotel's operations this week and why. Ditto answers from the apps you connect and names the source for each point. Each Monday it prepares a summary of open guest and operational items in the Ditto app. Posting it to Slack or Teams waits for approval.
Decisions start from what the property already knows.
Front desk and guest services
A guest emails to ask about late check-out and parking. Ditto finds the property's policy in its documents and drafts the reply, which waits for approval. Connect Google Workspace and its email and calendar changes join the same memory.
AI for hotels that drafts each reply from the property's own policies.
Sales and events
A planner emails to move a group dinner to 30 guests at 7:30 pm. Ditto finds the request, shows the event calendar still says 24 guests at 7:00 pm, and drafts the calendar update and a kitchen note for approval.
The event booking matches what the planner asked for.
Housekeeping and maintenance
Housekeeping reports the same broken shower in room 308 twice in the team's WhatsApp chat. Ditto links the two reports of the same problem and drafts a maintenance request plus a front desk note about the next arrival in that room, both for approval.
A fault reported once reaches everyone who needs to know.
Food and beverage
The kitchen asks for Friday's numbers and the supplier's delivery date. Ditto answers from the property's email and documents with sources, and drafts the prep-list update for approval.
The kitchen can focus on service, with numbers it can trace.
How Ditto works in a hospitality property
Ditto starts read-only in your hotel's systems. You decide what it may change.
1
Connect your property's apps
Sign in to any app your property uses. Ditto starts read-only in each one.
2
Ditto builds one memory
It keeps what each connected app holds in one memory of your guests and the property, and keeps it current.
3
Ask, then approve
Ask in the Ditto app or in ChatGPT or Claude. Ditto answers with sources and waits for your approval before it changes anything.
Hotels use hospitality AI platforms and general AI assistants for parts of the guest experience and the work behind it. Ditto gives them one memory of the property to work from.
Hotel AI platforms
Canary automates guest communication across phone and messaging channels. AeroGuest handles guest check-in and upselling workflows. Both connect to the property management system.
ChatGPT and Claude
General AI assistants keep memory per person or per project.
Ditto
One memory under those assistants and your property's apps. It prepares the property's work and waits for your approval. Private inference in the Ditto app, and nothing is used to train AI models.
Connect Ditto with over 1,400 apps
Connect any app your property works in and it joins the property's memory. Examples include Gmail and WhatsApp. Don't see your app? Ditto connects to any app through native connectors and MCP.
AI assistants for hospitality are AI tools that help a property with guest and team work. Guest messaging and phone assistants answer guests. Ditto works behind the team: the AI assistants your staff use work from one memory of the property, so a returning guest's request or an event change reaches the next shift. Changes wait for approval by default.
What does an AI OS for hospitality do in a property?
An AI operating system keeps one memory of the property under the apps and AI assistants your team uses. For example, when a returning guest emails "same request as last time", Ditto finds the earlier email and the front desk chat, shows that the arrivals list is out of date, and drafts the reply for a person to approve.
Is an AI OS safe to use with guest information?
Ditto starts read-only and only reads the apps you connect. By default a person reviews every change before it happens, and what Ditto remembers is not used to train AI models. You can also choose zero-data-retention models and keep a separate memory for each client or project. Temporary chats are not saved at all.
How can AI be used in the hospitality industry?
Properties use hospitality AI in a few ways. Guest messaging and AI phone agents handle guest interactions at each step of the guest journey, and revenue tools help set room rates. General AI assistants help staff draft replies. Ditto works alongside those tools as the memory your staff's AI assistants share, and its changes wait for approval.
Why do AI assistants forget what our property told them?
AI assistants work from what fits in their context windows: the recent turns of the conversation history and whatever you paste in. ChatGPT and Claude keep memory per person or per project, so what one manager told them doesn't reach the night shift. Ditto keeps one memory of the property across every AI tool you connect.
How does Ditto's memory work?
Ditto saves what it learns as memories and organises them into a knowledge graph of subjects, such as a returning guest or a supplier. When someone asks a question, Ditto finds the relevant memories by semantic similarity in its vector database and ranks them. The best matches go into the model's context window, after the system prompt.
Can we choose which tasks run without approval?
Yes. By default, every change Ditto wants to make in a connected app waits for someone at your property to approve it. You pick the routine actions that can run on their own, and everything else stays in the approval queue.
Can I use ChatGPT or Claude with Ditto at my property?
Yes. Connect ChatGPT or Claude to Ditto over MCP. Inside them, Ditto recalls the property's memory and saves what it learns from those conversations, so each chat starts from what your team already knows about guests and the property. In the Ditto app you can also use every major foundation model.
Which AI models does Ditto use?
Ditto doesn't train its own foundation models. In the Ditto app you can pick any major model. GPT and Claude are two of them. On Pro and Team you can also bring your own model key. What Ditto remembers about your property is not used to train AI models.
Which apps does Ditto connect to?
Any app. Ditto has native connectors for common apps and connects to the rest over MCP, including MCP servers you approve. Start with your email and the team's chat app. Gmail and WhatsApp are two examples. Then add accounting and the team's calendars.
Does Ditto connect to our property management system?
Your property management system stays the hotel's record system for reservations and room assignments, and Ditto works alongside it as the operating system for the team's AI assistants. Ditto connects to any app through native connectors and MCP, including MCP servers your property approves. Talk to us about your setup.
What is the best AI software for hospitality?
It depends on the job. For answering guests directly, look at hospitality AI built for guest messaging. For keeping what the team knows across shifts and apps, AI for hotels needs one memory under the tools staff already use. That is Ditto's job, and by default every change it prepares waits for your approval.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. What Ditto remembers about your guests and your property is not used to train AI models. You can edit or delete any memory, or export it at any time. For extra control, choose zero-data-retention models, whose provider keeps no copy.
What does Ditto cost?
Ditto offers Pro and Enterprise plans for hotels and resorts. Enterprise is a custom build for hotel groups and operators with multiple properties. Memory uses credits and funded storage, with no monthly read or write count quotas. See Ditto pricing for the current plans and what each one includes.
