Ditto connects to any app your brokerage uses and keeps one memory of the brokerage. The AI assistants your team already uses work from that memory, and every change waits for your approval by default.

Where real estate brokerages lose time and client privacy
What your real estate business knows is spread across agents and apps, so staff chase deal details by hand and a change can miss someone. An AI assistant for real estate needs to reach every app the brokerage uses.
Deal changes miss someone
A repair credit agreed on a call or a new closing date never reaches every party.
Repair approvals sit in one inbox
An owner approves a repair by email, and the work order still shows it as waiting.
Promises leave with the agent
When an agent or property manager leaves, what they promised each client stays in their inbox.
Client details end up in personal AI accounts
Agents paste offers and client emails into ChatGPT or Claude, outside anything the brokerage controls.
What is an AI OS for real estate?
An AI OS for real estate is an AI operating system with three layers. Your brokerage's apps sit underneath and one memory sits in the middle. The AI assistants and AI agents your team uses sit on top. An AI OS is the software that joins your AI tools into one platform for the brokerage. Ditto reads every app you connect and keeps one memory of the brokerage. Every AI assistant and AI agent you connect works from that memory. Anything Ditto wants to change waits for your approval by default. Ditto is a central brain set up for a brokerage.
You choose which models see your brokerage's data and what Ditto may change. Control stays with your brokerage.
Where your brokerage's data goes
Private inference in the Ditto appModels inside the Ditto app run through encrypted, private inference. Your data is not handed to the big AI companies.
Zero-data-retention modelsChoose models whose provider keeps no copy.
Temporary chatsStart a chat that is not saved to memory.
Not used to train AI modelsWhat Ditto remembers about your brokerage is not used to train AI models.
What Ditto can do
Read-only by defaultDitto starts by reading only the apps and accounts you connect. Disconnect an app and Ditto stops reading it.
You approve every changeBy default, anything Ditto wants to write waits for a person to review it for safety and quality. You can let routine actions run on their own.
Separate memory per clientKeep a separate memory for each client or project, so one never sees another.
Team memory stays when someone leavesWhen an agent or property manager leaves, the team memory of each client and property stays with the brokerage.
Every memory shows where it came from. Edit or delete it, or export your memory at any time. Ditto's memory harness and integrations are open source. How Ditto handles your data →
AI assistants for every team in your brokerage
Each team hands Ditto the work around every deal and property, and a person approves it before anything changes. Each tab shows the outcome for that team.
Broker-owner
Ask what changed across the brokerage's deals and listings this week. Ditto answers from the apps you connect and shows the source for each point, including the reasons people wrote down at the time.
The broker-owner sees what changed this week, with the source for each point.
Agents
Before a client call, ask Ditto what the buyers or sellers said by email or WhatsApp since you last spoke. Ditto drafts the follow-up email from that history, and it waits for your approval before anything goes to the client.
AI for real estate agents that answers from what each client already told you.
Transaction coordinators
Changes on a deal from contract to close land in one memory once they reach a connected app, such as a change agreed on a call and confirmed later by email. When a closing date moves, Ditto lists who has not heard, from the buyers to the lender, and drafts each update for approval.
The coordinator sees who still needs an update, with the source for each change.
Property managers
Owner approvals and what tenants were told about a repair sit in one memory, including units you take over from a colleague. Ditto drafts the reply and the work-order update when tenants chase a repair, so tenant communication matches what the owner approved. Both wait for approval.
AI for property managers that knows what each landlord already approved.
Office manager
Staff ask Ditto about a brokerage policy or how a new transaction file is set up, and get the answer from the brokerage's own documents with its source. Each Monday, Ditto prepares a summary of open deals and new listings in the Ditto app. If you want it posted to Slack, the post waits for approval.
Ditto takes the routine questions, so the office manager can work on the exceptions.
How Ditto works in a real estate brokerage
Ditto starts read-only. You decide what it may change. Setting up AI for real estate agents and staff takes three steps.
1
Connect your brokerage's apps
Sign in to any app your brokerage uses, such as your CRM. Ditto starts read-only in each one.
2
Ditto builds one memory
It keeps what each connected app holds in one memory of the brokerage, and keeps it current.
3
Ask, then approve
Ask in the Ditto app or in ChatGPT or Claude. Ditto answers with sources, and anything it wants to change waits for your approval by default.
Real estate companies use real estate AI platforms and AI tools for parts of this work. Ditto gives them one memory of the brokerage to work from.
Real estate AI platforms
Lofty describes itself as an agentic AI operating system for real estate professionals that includes a CRM and IDX websites. Breezy is an AI workspace for real estate agents.
ChatGPT and Claude
These general AI tools keep memory per person or per project.
Ditto
One memory under those assistants and your brokerage's apps. It prepares the brokerage's work and waits for your approval. Private inference in the Ditto app, and what Ditto remembers is not used to train AI models.
Connect Ditto with over 1,400 apps
Connect any app your brokerage works in and it joins the brokerage's memory. Examples include Google Workspace and Dropbox. Don't see your app? Ditto connects to any app through native connectors and MCP.
AI assistants for real estate are AI tools that help a brokerage with the work around each deal and property. Follow-up emails to clients and tenant inquiries are typical examples. With Ditto your AI assistants and AI agents work from one memory of your brokerage. Every change waits for approval by default.
What does an AI operating system do in a brokerage?
An AI OS for real estate keeps one memory of the brokerage under the apps and AI assistants your team already uses. For example, when a lender emails that closing has moved, Ditto finds who on the deal has not heard and answers with its sources. It drafts each update for a person to approve.
Is an AI OS safe to use with client information?
Ditto starts read-only and only reads the apps you connect. By default, a person reviews every change before it happens, and what Ditto remembers is not used to train AI models. You can choose zero-data-retention models and keep a separate memory for each client. Temporary chats are not saved to memory. Pricing and contract advice stay with your agents.
How do real estate agents use AI?
Real estate agents use AI tools to prepare for client calls and to draft follow-up emails. With Ditto, AI for real estate agents starts from the brokerage's memory. Ask what a client said last month or where a colleague's deal stands, and get the answer with its sources. Each follow-up Ditto drafts waits for your approval.
Why do AI assistants forget what our brokerage told them?
AI assistants work from what fits in their context windows: the recent turns of the conversation history and whatever you paste in. ChatGPT and Claude keep memory per person or per project. Ditto keeps one memory of the brokerage across every AI tool you connect.
How does Ditto's memory work?
Ditto saves what it learns as memories and organises them into a knowledge graph of subjects. A client or a property is one subject. When someone asks a question, Ditto finds the relevant memories by semantic similarity in its vector database and ranks them. It adds the best matches to the model's context window, after the system prompt.
Can we choose which tasks run without approval?
Yes. By default, every change Ditto wants to make in a connected app waits for a person at your brokerage to approve it. You choose which routine actions can run on their own, and everything else stays in the approval queue.
Can I use ChatGPT or Claude with Ditto in my brokerage?
Yes. Connect ChatGPT or Claude to Ditto over MCP. Inside them, Ditto recalls the brokerage's memory and saves what it learns, so a chat can draw on what your team already knows. In the Ditto app you can also use every major foundation model.
Which AI models does Ditto use?
Ditto doesn't train its own foundation models. In the Ditto app you choose the AI model for each chat. GPT and Claude are two examples. Gemini and Grok are available as well. You can also bring your own model key on Pro and Team. What Ditto remembers about your brokerage is not used to train AI models.
Which apps does Ditto connect to?
Any app. Ditto connects to any app through native connectors and MCP. For example, start with email in Gmail or Outlook. Then add the apps where deals move, such as DocuSign for signatures and Slack for team chat. Ditto starts read-only in each app you add.
Does Ditto connect to our MLS or property management software?
Your multiple listing service and property management software stay the brokerage's record systems. Ditto works alongside the MLS and your other existing systems. Ditto connects to any app through native connectors and MCP, including MCP servers your brokerage approves. Talk to us about your setup.
Will AI replace real estate agents?
Ditto prepares the work around each deal. Follow-ups and deal updates are typical examples. Client relationships and negotiation stay with your agents. Pricing and contract advice stay with them too. A person at your brokerage approves what Ditto drafts before anything changes, so your agents decide what reaches each client.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. What Ditto remembers about your brokerage is not used to train AI models. You can edit or delete any memory. Export is available at any time too. Disconnect an app and Ditto stops reading it. Temporary chats are not saved to memory at all.
What does Ditto cost?
Ditto offers Pro and Enterprise plans for real estate brokerages. Enterprise is a custom build planned with your brokerage and its apps. Memory uses credits and funded storage, with no monthly read or write count quotas. See Ditto pricing for the current plans and what each one includes.
