Build every campaign on what your team already knows
Ditto connects to any app your marketing team uses and keeps one memory of its campaigns. The AI assistants your team uses work from that memory, and every change waits for your approval by default.

Where marketing teams lose time and customer data privacy
What your marketing team knows is spread across people and apps, so marketers lose time rebuilding campaign information before every content brief. An AI assistant for marketing needs to reach every app the marketing team uses.
Campaigns start from scratch
What the last campaign learned sits in one person's notes, so the next brief repeats it.
Sign-offs get lost in threads
Offer and copy decisions stay in chat threads the agency and the ads team never see.
Brand know-how leaves with people
Brand voice and tone rules leave with the marketer or agency who set them.
Customer data ends up in personal AI accounts
Marketers paste customer lists and campaign results into ChatGPT or Claude, outside anything the team controls.
What is an AI OS for marketing?
An AI OS for marketing is an AI operating system that joins three layers into one platform for the marketing team. Your marketing team's apps sit underneath, with one memory in the middle. The AI assistants and AI agents your team uses sit on top. Ditto reads every app you connect and keeps one memory of the marketing team's campaigns and content. Every AI assistant and AI agent you connect works from that memory, and anything Ditto wants to change waits for your approval. Ditto is a central brain set up for a marketing team.
You choose which models see your marketing team's data and what Ditto may change.
Where your marketing team's data goes
Private inference in the Ditto appModels inside the Ditto app run through encrypted, private inference, so your data in the Ditto app is not handed to the big AI companies.
Zero-data-retention modelsChoose models whose provider keeps no copy.
Temporary chatsStart a chat that is not saved to memory.
Not used to train AI modelsWhat Ditto remembers about your customers and campaigns is not used to train AI models.
What Ditto can do
Read-only by defaultDitto starts by reading only the apps and accounts you connect. Disconnect an app and Ditto stops reading it.
You approve every changeAnything Ditto wants to write waits for a person to review it first. You can let routine actions run on their own.
Separate memory per clientKeep a separate memory for each client or project, so one never sees another. Agencies can keep their clients' brands apart.
Team memory stays when someone leavesWhen a marketer or freelancer moves on, what the team learned with them stays in the team's memory.

AI assistants for every role in your marketing team
Each role hands Ditto the work around a campaign, from the brief to the sign-off. Ditto gives your AI assistants and AI agents for marketing one shared memory. It prepares the work from what the team already knows, and a person approves it before anything changes. Each tab shows the outcome for that role.
Head of marketing
Ask how last month's campaigns did across channels and why the strategy changed. Ditto pulls the performance data and the decisions from the apps you connect and shows the source for each point, from the brief to the Slack thread where the call was made.
Every plan starts from what the team already learned.
Content and brand
Ask Ditto to create content for a product page or an SEO article. The draft starts from your brand guidelines and your existing content. Past decisions on brand voice come with it, and the draft waits for review in the Ditto app. Social content for each of your channels starts from the same brand voice.
Every draft starts from your brand guidelines.
Email and lifecycle
The next email brief starts from what the last emails tested and what the team agreed about the offer. Ditto drafts the brief and the email content in your email platform for approval.
AI agents for marketing that build each email brief on the last one.
Paid media
Ask what the last ad test showed and which audiences the team agreed to exclude from the ads. Ditto answers from the reports and threads it can read and drafts the brief for the next test in your project tool, for approval.
Each ad test starts from what the last one proved.
Marketing operations
Each Monday, Ditto prepares a summary of open campaign tasks and sign-offs in the Ditto app. If you want it posted to Slack, the post waits for approval. Questions from agencies and freelancers about briefs and workflows get a reply drafted from the team's memory, ready for approval.
Routine questions get a drafted reply, so operations can work on the exceptions.
How Ditto works in a marketing team
Ditto starts read-only. You decide what it may change.
1
Connect your marketing team's apps
Sign in to any app your team uses, from email to the documents where your briefs live. Ditto starts read-only in each one.
2
Ditto builds one memory
It saves what each connected app holds into one memory of the marketing team.
3
Ask, then approve
Ask in the Ditto app or in an AI assistant you connect. ChatGPT and Claude are two examples. Ditto answers with sources and waits for your approval before it changes anything.
Marketing teams already use AI marketing tools and AI agents for marketing for parts of this work. Ditto gives them one memory of the marketing team to work from.
Marketing platforms' AI agents
Klaviyo Composer is built into Klaviyo, and Salesforce's Campaign Agent is part of Marketing Cloud. Both build campaigns and content inside their own platforms.
ChatGPT and Claude
Each keeps its own memory, which works inside that one tool. What a marketer tells one doesn't reach the other.
Ditto
One memory under those assistants and your marketing team's apps. It prepares the team's work and waits for your approval. Private inference in the Ditto app, and nothing is used to train AI models.
Connect Ditto with over 1,400 apps
Connect any app your marketing team works in, from email to your content tools, and it joins the team's memory. Examples include Slack and Notion. Don't see your app? Ditto connects to any app through native connectors and MCP.
Enterprise is a custom build: Ditto for enterprise marketing teams. Memory uses credits and funded storage, with no monthly read or write count quotas.

AI assistants for marketing are AI tools that help a marketing team with campaign content and copy sign-offs. AI for marketing is most useful when it knows what the team decided. Every AI assistant and AI agent you connect to Ditto works from one memory of your marketing team, and every change Ditto wants to make waits for approval.
What does an AI operating system do in a marketing team?
An AI OS for marketing keeps one memory of the marketing team under its apps and AI assistants. When an agency asks which offer line is approved, Ditto finds the decision in Slack and sees that the Asana task is out of date. It answers with sources. Then it drafts the reply and the fix for a person to approve.
Is an AI OS safe to use with customer data?
Ditto starts read-only and reads only the apps you connect. By default, every change waits for a person to review it, and what Ditto remembers is not used to train AI models. You can also choose zero-data-retention models or start a temporary chat that is not saved to memory. Agencies can keep a separate memory for each client.
What can AI agents do for marketing?
AI agents for marketing can find answers across the team's apps and draft work in the right app for review. In Ditto, an agent job starts as a job card that lists the task and the apps it will use. Once you approve it, the job runs in the cloud. It searches the memory first and saves what it learned.
Why do AI assistants forget what our marketing team told them?
AI assistants work from what fits in their context windows: the recent turns of the conversation history and whatever you paste in. ChatGPT and Claude each keep their own memory, which works inside that one tool, so what a marketer tells one doesn't reach the other. Ditto keeps one memory of the marketing team across every AI tool you connect.
How does Ditto's memory work?
Ditto saves what it learns as memories and organises them into a knowledge graph of subjects. A subject can be a campaign or a brand rule. When someone asks a question, Ditto finds the relevant memories by semantic similarity in its vector database. It ranks them and adds the best matches to the model's context window, after the system prompt.
Can we choose which tasks run without approval?
Yes. By default, every change Ditto wants to make in a connected app waits for a person on your marketing team to approve it. You choose which routine actions can run on their own, and everything else stays in the approval queue.
Can I use ChatGPT or Claude with Ditto in my marketing team?
Yes. Connect ChatGPT or Claude to Ditto over MCP. Inside them, Ditto recalls the marketing team's memory and saves what it learns, so each chat starts from what your team already knows. In the Ditto app you can also use every major foundation model.
Which AI models does Ditto use?
Ditto doesn't train its own foundation models. In the Ditto app you choose from every major foundation model. GPT and Claude are two examples. On Pro and Team you can bring your own model key. What Ditto remembers about your marketing team is not used to train AI models.
Which apps does Ditto connect to?
Any app. Ditto has native connectors for common apps and connects to the rest over MCP. Start with your team chat and emails. Slack and Gmail are common starting points. Then add the project tool and the docs where your content briefs live, such as Notion.
Does Ditto connect to our marketing platforms?
Your marketing platforms stay where your campaigns run, and Ditto works alongside them. Ditto connects to any app through native connectors and MCP, including MCP servers your marketing team approves. Ditto can read what a platform's MCP server exposes and draft changes there for a person to approve. Talk to us about your setup.
Can Ditto keep our brand voice consistent across AI tools?
Save your brand guidelines and the team's decisions on brand voice to Ditto's memory once. Every AI assistant you connect to Ditto recalls them when it drafts, so a social post in ChatGPT and an email brief in the Ditto app start from the same rules. A person still reviews each draft before it is used.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. What Ditto remembers about your marketing team is not used to train AI models. You can edit or delete any memory, and export your memory at any time. In the Ditto app you can choose zero-data-retention models, whose provider keeps no copy, and start temporary chats that are not saved to memory.
What does Ditto cost?
Ditto offers Pro and Enterprise plans for marketing teams. Enterprise is a custom build, planned with your team. Memory uses credits and funded storage, with no monthly read or write count quotas. See Ditto pricing for the current plans and what each one includes.
