Run your business operations from one shared memory
Ditto connects to any app your operations team uses and keeps one memory of what each team agreed. Your AI assistants work from that memory, and Ditto's changes wait for your approval by default.

Ditto
Tuesday and Thursday collections from 1 October, with a 7am cut-off. Elena agreed the days in #ops on 4 Sep, and Marcus confirmed the cut-off with Dan by email on 8 Sep. The Asana warehouse task still says a daily 4pm collection.

Where operations teams lose time and business data privacy
What your business knows is spread across people and apps, so the operations team loses time chasing updates. When the wrong version reaches a supplier or a customer, someone has to fix it. An AI assistant for operations needs to reach every app your teams use.
What was agreed sits in one thread
Supplier terms and decisions between teams live in one person's inbox or chat.
Procedures fall behind
The written procedure or task still shows the old way after the team agreed a new one.
Know-how leaves with staff
How suppliers and renewals are handled often leaves with the person who ran them.
Business data ends up in personal AI accounts
Staff paste contracts and supplier terms into personal ChatGPT or Claude accounts the business doesn't manage.
What is an AI OS for operations?
An AI OS for operations is an AI operating system in three layers. Your team's apps sit underneath and one memory sits in the middle. The AI assistants and AI agents your team uses sit on top. An AI OS is the software that joins them into one platform for the operations team. Ditto reads every app you connect and keeps one memory of how the business runs. Every AI assistant and AI agent you connect works from that single layer, and anything Ditto wants to change waits for your approval by default. Ditto is a central brain set up for an operations team.
You choose which models see your business data and what Ditto may change.
Where your business data goes
Private inference in the Ditto appModels inside the Ditto app run through encrypted, private inference, so your data is not handed to the big AI companies.

Not used to train AI modelsWhat Ditto remembers about your business is not used to train AI models.
What Ditto can do
Read-only by defaultDitto starts by reading only the apps and accounts you connect. Disconnect an app and Ditto stops reading it.
You approve every changeAnything Ditto wants to write waits for a person to review it first. You can let routine actions run on their own.
Open any memoryEvery memory shows where it came from. Edit or delete it, or export your memory at any time.
Team memory stays when someone leavesWhat the team told Ditto stays in the team's memory after a person moves on.
AI assistants for every role in your operations team
With Ditto, AI for business operations starts from what the business already knows. Each role hands Ditto the repetitive tasks around running the business. Ditto prepares the work from the team's memory, and by default a person approves it before anything changes. Each tab shows the outcome for that team.
Head of operations
Ask what changed across teams this week and why. Ditto answers from the apps you connect and shows the source for each point, including the reasons your team recorded behind earlier decisions.
Decisions start from the reasons the team recorded.
Operations manager
Staff ask Ditto how a procedure works and get the answer from the team's own documents, with its source. Ask Ditto for a summary of the week's open items. If you want it posted to Slack or Teams, the post waits for approval.
Ditto takes the routine questions, so the manager can work on the exceptions.
Procurement and vendor manager
A supplier asks what was agreed, or a renewal notice arrives. Ask Ditto, and it finds the terms in email and chat and checks the supplier sheet. It drafts the response for approval.
Supplier replies start from the terms the business agreed.
Facilities and office manager
A date changes in a Slack thread, such as the day the team moves to a new building. Ask Ditto which tasks still show the old date. It finds them and drafts the update, which waits for approval.
Out-of-date tasks get a drafted fix, ready to approve.
Project manager
A project across teams needs status from each of them, and the plan keeps changing. Ask where it stands and Ditto answers from each team's tasks and messages, with sources. It drafts the status update for approval.
Each project update comes from every team's own records.
How Ditto works for an operations team
Ditto starts read-only. You decide what it may change.
1
Connect your team's apps
Sign in to any app your operations team uses. Ditto starts read-only in each one.
2
Ditto builds one memory
It keeps what each connected app holds in one memory of the team, and keeps it current.
3
Ask, then approve
Ask in the Ditto app or in ChatGPT or Claude. Ditto answers with sources, and by default it waits for your approval before it changes anything.
Operations teams use automation platforms and AI assistants for parts of this work. Ditto gives them one memory of the business to work from.
Workflow automation and AI agent platforms
Zapier runs automated workflows that complete work across your apps. Lindy is an AI assistant that takes on tasks such as pulling reports or updating a CRM.
ChatGPT and Claude
ChatGPT and Claude keep memory per person or per project. Memory built in one of them stays in that tool.
Ditto
One memory under those assistants and your team's apps. It prepares the operations team's work and, by default, waits for your approval. Private inference in the Ditto app, and your data is not used to train AI models.
Connect Ditto with over 1,400 apps
Connect any app your team works in and it joins the team's memory. Examples include Slack and Asana. Don't see your app? Ditto connects to any app through native connectors and MCP.
Enterprise is a custom build: Ditto for enterprise operations teams. Memory uses credits and funded storage, with no monthly read or write count quotas.

AI assistants for operations are AI tools that handle the repetitive work of running a business. Supplier replies and status updates are two examples. With Ditto, AI for business operations works from one memory of your team, so each task starts from what people already agreed. Every change Ditto wants to make waits for your approval by default.
What does an AI OS for operations do?
It keeps one memory of the business under the apps and AI assistants your team already uses. For example, when a supplier asks what was agreed, Ditto finds the answer across email and chat, shows its sources, spots the task that is out of date and drafts the reply for a person to approve.
Is an AI OS safe to use with business data?
Ditto starts read-only and only reads the apps you connect. By default, a person reviews every change before it happens, and what Ditto remembers is not used to train AI models. You can choose zero-data-retention models, keep a separate memory for each client or project, and use temporary chats that are not saved.
Which AI is best for operations management?
Look for AI capabilities that work with the apps and AI tools your team already uses, instead of adding one more place to check. It should answer from one shared memory with sources, and wait for approval before it changes a record. Test it on a real question your team asks every week.
Why do AI assistants forget what our team told them?
AI assistants work from what fits in their context windows: the recent turns of the conversation history and whatever you paste in. ChatGPT and Claude keep memory per person or per project, so what one person told them rarely reaches the rest of the team. Ditto keeps one memory of the team across every AI tool you connect.
How does Ditto's memory work?
Ditto saves what it learns as memories and organises them into a knowledge graph of subjects. A supplier or a procedure is a subject. When someone asks a question, Ditto finds the relevant memories by semantic similarity in its vector database and ranks them. The best matches go into the model's context window, after the system prompt.
Can we choose which tasks run without approval?
Yes. By default, every change Ditto wants to make in a connected app waits for a person on your team to approve it. You choose which routine actions can run on their own, and everything else stays in the approval queue.
Can I use ChatGPT or Claude with Ditto in my operations team?
Yes. Connect ChatGPT or Claude to Ditto over MCP. Inside them, Ditto recalls the team's memory and saves what it learns, so a chat can draw on what your team already knows. In the Ditto app you can also use every major foundation model.
Which AI models does Ditto use?
Ditto doesn't train its own foundation models. In the Ditto app you choose from foundation models such as GPT and Claude. Gemini and Grok are also available. On Pro and Team you can bring your own model key. What Ditto remembers about your business is not used to train AI models.
Which apps does Ditto connect to?
Any app. Ditto has native connectors for common apps and connects to the rest over MCP. Start with the apps where your team agrees things. Slack and Gmail are common starting points. Then add the tools where tasks and procedures live, such as Asana.
Does Ditto connect to our ERP?
Your ERP stays the business's record system, and Ditto works alongside it. Ditto connects to any app through native connectors and MCP, so if your ERP has an MCP server, Ditto can read what it exposes. By default, any change Ditto wants to make there waits for approval.
Is there any AI-based operating system?
Yes. AI operating systems exist at different layers, from infrastructure software that runs AI models to business platforms that connect a company's apps. Ditto is the memory layer between a business's apps and its AI assistants and AI agents, so every one of them works from the same context.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. What Ditto remembers about your business is not used to train AI models. Ditto doesn't train its own foundation models. You can choose zero-data-retention models, whose provider keeps no copy. You can edit or delete any memory, and export your memory at any time.
What does Ditto cost?
Ditto offers Pro and Enterprise plans for operations teams. Enterprise is a custom build, planned with your business. Memory uses credits and funded storage, with no monthly read or write count quotas. See Ditto pricing for the current plans.
